Office rental and equipment
Nesta Shipping offers all facilities related to logistics services. You may need to rent office space on location, especially for long-term projects. We also have 10ft, 20ft and 40ft containers which are available 24/7 for the storage of different goods. We offer a total package of logistics services with our ideal location in Harlingen, a 420 m quay with mobile harbour cranes, outsourcing of suitable personnel: experienced stevedores, customs agents and various types of drivers and operators. We have approximately 7 hectares of indoor and outdoor storage, of which 9000m² is roofed. With more than 50 years of experience in maritime and logistics services, we do everything we can to process all types of cargo (bulk loading, project cargo, palletized cargo, etc.) as efficiently as possible.
Rental containers – 10 ft, 20ft and 40ft
In addition, we rent out 10ft, 20ft and 40ft containers for the storage of various goods. These containers are on our site and are available 24/7. Nesta Shipping also has an excellent terminal of 7 ha with a total package of facilities. These are also available separately:
- 420 meters of quay with a draft of 8.5 meters and a maximum load of 20 tons per m², including 125 Ampere shore power and water connection
- 2 mobile harbour cranes (35 tons and 20 tons) on 350 meters of rails directly on open waters (North Sea)
- Shovels, forklifts and aerial work platforms with a maximum lifting capacity of 16 tons
- Transshipment terminal of 7 ha, of which more than 9000m² covered storage space
- Warehouse space
- Outsourcing of experienced stevedores, drivers and operators

Harlingen harbor area: an ideal location with a direct connection to the North Sea and access to the IJsselmeer
Nesta Shipping provides logistics services in and around the port of Harlingen and the ports around the IJsselmeer. We transport goods quickly and efficiently from our terminal at the Nieuwe Industriehaven in Harlingen. We have an open connection to the North Sea and traffic-free connections to the hinterland. Harlingen is located on the North Sea and has a strategically interesting location for international connections and the offshore and windmill industry that are active in the North Sea and the IJsselmeer, 1 hour from Amsterdam. This means we can guarantee an optimal logistics service.

Our stevedores handle various types of cargo, such as bulk, bagged and project cargoes at any location. Our storage and transhipment specialists are your partner for handling all activities related to the loading and unloading of (sea) ships and trucks.
